History:
Elijah Radio was granted an original construction permit for a new station licensed to Daleville in late January 2022.  The initial grant was for 50 kW directional on 91.7 MHz at 246 feet HAAT (Height Above Average Terrain) from a site east of the town of Ariton along Sutton Dairy Road, east of AL-51.  At the end of December 2023 they received a permit to modify the location to the current site near the intersection of US-231 and AL-51 southwest of Ariton, with just 4.2 kW directional at 466 feet HAAT.  In mid-June 2024 the station received another permit to modify the facility, this time to change power to 5.4 kW at the same height and with the same directional antenna pattern.  In August 2024 that permit was amended to change to a different, more aggressive directional antenna with 6.35 kW of power.  In early August 2024 that permit was changed again, this time to include different power levels for vertical and horizontal power but keeping everything else the same.  The filing noted the slight change in power was to ensure the city of license was covered by the 60 dBu contour.

Elijah Radio filed a Program Test Authority in mid-November 2024 and followed that up with a License to Cover on 18 November 2024.  As with all Elijah Radio outlets, the station is relaying their Religious "Elijah Radio" network.
