- Owner:
- Alabaster Broadcasting
and Community Radio
- History:
- This station originally
was granted a construction permit in February 2014, for a site off
Kent Dairy Road at Christ's Way in Alabaster. That was amended
in July to the current tower location. The station, which began
broadcasting sometime early in August 2014, is being promoted as
playing a wide-variety of music, as well as local talk programming.
The station appears to have dropped their longtime "APH Radio"
branding (representing Alabamaster, Pelham and Helena) for "Z-Mix
99.9" in 2021. In the fall of 2021, the station flipped to a
Classic Country format as "The Country Road".
