History:
This station dates back to an original construction permit for a noncommercial station, granted to Elijah Radio in December 2021. The grant originally was for 4.5 kW on 91.7 MHz with a directional antenna from a site near where AL-77 and I-20 meet, east of the community of license of Riverside.  In early December 2023, Elijah Radio was granted a modification to move the transmitter location to the currently licensed site with 155 watts of power via a directional antenna.

Near the end of May 2024, a license to cover was filed for the facility.  It launched with the organization's Elijah Radio, a Seventh-Day Adventist Religious music and preaching network.
