Owner:
T. P. Arrington Educational Foundation, Inc.

History:
The station's owner (Travis Paul Arrington) first filed for a new noncommercial construction permit in November 2021 for a station on 91.7 MHz, with 350 watts, from a site near the southern Boll Weevil Circle loop in Enterprise.  That was replaced with a filing for 210 watts on 91.1 MHz, from a site west of Chancellor on Geneva County Road 75.  That request was granted in January 2022. In June 2022, the station requested another modification, this time to the current transmitter location with just 100 watts.  That was granted in June 2022.

The station appears to have signed on for testing at the end of June, 2022.  They filed a license to cover for full time operation in early July 2022, and were noted to be airing a split schedule of Religious programming: Christian Contemporary with Praise & Worship music from 7 AM to 7 PM, and then Southern Gospel from 7 PM to 7 AM.

In April 2024 the station filed for an increase in power to 400 watts and a move to the WVOB 91.3 MHz frequency. As part of the filing, Arrington plead to the FCC to delete WVOB's license because of various violations the station owner committed; the FCC denied the application due to overlap with WVOB's licensed contour.  The reason for the move was stated as co-channel interference from WAXU in Troy.

In late September 2024, the station again filed for increased power and also a step back up one channel to 91.3 MHz, again citing WVOB's lack of full power broadcasting as reason to delete that license and approve the WFPW application.  In June 2025, the Commission did delete the WVOB license and denied them both a waiver to late-file a license to cover as well as a petition for license reinstatement; the applied changes to this station was dismissed shortly thereafter.  On 11 June 2025 they again filed the same modification request, which would utilize their existing site south of Enterprise, with 700 watts from a HAAT of 203 feet on 91.3 MHz.  That permit was granted on 28 August 2025.  In mid-December 2025, the applied to drop the power to 200 watts, citing a lack of funds for the upgrade to 700 watts.

The FCC granted the change to 200 watts on 7 January 2026 and concurrently the station filed a license to cover for that facility at the same time. By the second week of January 2026, the station had again applied for a permit for 700 watts at 203 feet HAAT.  That new permit was granted on 20 January 2026.  In early March 2026, the station was granted an auxiliary permit for 100 watts from the licensed tower site, at 154 feet HAAT (Height Above Average Terrain).
