History:

This station received an original construction permit in December of 2002, and filed a license to cover in June of 2004.  The station has had a wide ranging oldies format at least since 2012, but history before that is unknown. 

As of the winter of 2020, the station's website has it paired with Columbia-based WSGQ-LP, and lists formats of Jazz, Oldies and Gospel on weekends. The stations appear to have the same format and schedule but not be simulcasting exactly.
