in the late 90's as a Contemporary Hit Radio (CHR) formatted station
playing into the Columbus, Georgia market; as WBFA, was sloganed as
"B 101". Changed to a Adult R&B format in August 2004 as "101.3
The Beat". The station swapped calls and format with WAGH in Fort
Mitchell in 2007. In April 2011 the station finished an
upgrade from 6 to 18 kW.
