WSRE (Santa Rosa-Escambia) is the PBS outlet for the Pensacola/Ft. Walton Beach area, owned by Pensacola Junior College. Came on the air with minimal power and a short tower. The power increased in the late 80's, but lack of tower height still restricts coverage.
